Wedding planning may come across as a function reserved for the elite members of the society with tons of bucks to burn; but the truth is, all engaged couples go through it, albeit to a lesser extent.
With all the hassles necessary to mount a memorable wedding, only a few individuals come out during the big day looking drop dead gorgeous. The rest mutate into anorexic waifs with raccoon eyes and dry, flaky skin from all the stress they have subjected themselves into.
If you want to be included in the exclusive set of those who have glamorous weddings and royalty-inspired looks, here are a few pointers worth looking into.
Wedding Reception Cash Saving Tips
Of all the costs associated with your wedding, your reception can be one of the biggest costs of all, especially if you are renting space or using in house caterers. Discuss what your ideal reception venue would be and then research potential spots in your area, by phoning the venues and asking for prices, availability and included items.
When using caterers that are provided by the venue, you can expect to pay 35% more than if you hire an outside caterer, however there are many venues that require you use their in-house vendors so be sure to ask about this when calling each location.
One great way to begin your research is by using the Internet and scouring through different areas in your location. Quite often, reception halls will post details regarding caterers, availability and pricing and in the event this information isn’t available, you can choose to contact the management by email prior to calling, to see if it’s feasible for your wedding based on your allocated budget.
Create a listing of potential reception spots paying attention to the following:
To begin, you need to sit down with your partner and determine a reasonable budget that fits within your expectations. First evaluate your finances and how much you are both comfortable with spending on your wedding.
Now isn’t the time to determine the exact costs of each element, it’s just the first step in your wedding planning and deciding what your wedding target fund will be.
This Pre Planning Phase is a very critical step in ensuring that you are organized and on track.
Many couples overlook this very important step, and start planning their wedding without a firm budget in mind. This will make things incredibly difficult when you find yourself out of money and out of time, without the wedding completely planned and ready for your big day.
Sit down together and determine a fair budget. You can always adjust the budget later on down the road if needed, but for now, be open with each other, discuss possible numbers until you come to a reasonable budget without leaving you both struggling to pay off a massive debt once you begin your married life together.
Creating a Comprehensive Wedding Planner List
Important Items for a Wedding Planner List
For a bride and groom who wish to plan their wedding, a complete wedding planner list can be helpful in ensuring everything is coordinated for the big day. Great tools to help make this wedding planner list are websites especially designed to account for all the details of the wedding. There are even some free sites that offer this service at no charge. Other items to consider for a list are marriage laws, reception needs, ceremony needs, guest lists, bridal party events, and the all important budget.
Marriage Laws
Marriage laws are different in every state, and should be researched on a local level. All states require a marriage license for a marriage to be considered legally binding, and some states still require blood testing prior to being issued a marriage license. Also the bride’s name change usually cannot be completed until after the marriage license has been signed by the person performing the wedding.

Creating a Comprehensive Wedding Planner List
Sorting out your wedding invitations can be a stressful time for many people as it becomes difficult to decide who should and who shouldn’t come to your wedding.
These decisions are often determined by your finances where it is just not practical to invite everybody you would like to come to your wedding and obviously this causes concern over whether you will be offending people by not inviting them.
The reality of the matter is there are only a limited number of people that you will be able to invite and they should be your friends and family that are closest to you.
These are the people who you associate with throughout the year rather than those you feel obliged to invite whether you have seen them in the last 12 months not.
One of the first things you should do once you decide you are getting married is to create a checklist of all the things that you think are necessary to create a smooth running event where all your needs will be met.
You will be quite surprised as you start writing out your checklist how it will grow and grow over the weeks and months as you move towards your wedding and getting additional input from your partner and other people will help you realize everything that is required.
Rather than trying to go into too much detail right from the start it is best to begin your checklist with the most important items and then go into more depth on your list as you think more and more about those items.
So you would start your list of the basic headings of; dress, flowers, reception, guests.
The first synthetic diamonds were produced
by General Electric in 1954. A synthetic
diamond is basically a rock that has the
durability, refractive index and hardness of
a natural diamond – but it is made by man.
A synthetic diamond should not be
confused with stimulant diamonds, such as
glass, cubic zirconia, or moissanite.
Although the technology for synthetic
diamonds came into play in 1954, no
synthetic diamonds were ever seen on the
market until the 1990’s. This was due to the
fact that it took many years for General
Electric to produce a synthetic diamond that
could compare with the quality of a natural
diamond – and when they figured out how to
do it, they found that it cost more to produce
a synthetic diamond than it did to mine and
cut natural diamonds.

El Reno is situated at the intersection of two historic highways, the Chisholm Trail or Highway 81 and the nostalgic Route 66, in the center of the Canadian River Valley. Although El Reno was not chartered until 1889, the beginning of the place and its surrounding area was much earlier. El Reno boasts of rich historic structure, and in the city limits can be found eleven properties and two areas listed on the National Register of Historic Places, on top of an incredible inventory of historic homes.
For those planning an El Reno field trip, there are some great attractions that features both historic and educational places to see and learn. Starting off with the El Reno Heritage Mural that is located at the corner of Woodstone and Bickford streets in El Reno, the mural commemorates the rich legacy of El Reno, Canadian County and Western Oklahoma. The mural is one-hundred-eight feet and is fifteen feet above the ground; it was specially made in April of 1980 by Ok Federal Savings and Loan Association and was painted by Charles Beecham, an El Reno artist. On the 11th of October 1980, the painting was completed. Other El Reno field trip places to see include:
